TMS International Corp. Announces 2011 Second Quarter Earnings Date

(NYSE: TMS), the parent company of Tube City IMS Corporation, a leading provider of outsourced industrial services to steel mills globally, today announced that it plans to release its second quarter 2011 financial results before the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, August 10, 2011, to be followed by a conference call at 11 a.m. Eastern Time.

TMS International Corp. officials participating in the call will be Joseph Curtin, President and CEO; Raymond Kalouche, Chief Operating Officer, and President and COO, Mill Services Group; and Dan Rosati, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
