Tube City IMS Appoints Jonathan Fingeret Assistant General Counsel

PITTSBURGH, Dec. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Tube City IMS Corporation, a leading provider of products and services to steel mills and foundries globally, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Fingeret as Assistant General Counsel.

Mr. Fingeret will be working in the Company's Legal Department and will report to Thomas Lippard, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Tube City IMS.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fingeret was a partner at the Pittsburgh law firm Thorp Reed & Armstrong for the past three years. He has a wide range of experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions, formation and structuring of business entities, private equity transactions, and securities offerings and disclosure compliance. He also worked for seven years in the corporate department of Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher, a global law firm.

Mr. Fingeret, who is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Colorado, earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree from Georgetown University. He is based at the Company's Corporate Headquarters in Glassport, PA.
